I was in the mood for something warm and tasty tonight. I am working towards eventually perfecting this recipe that I found on Skinny Taste. I substituted the shrimp with tofu out of convenience.
I love when my home smells like coconut curry! This is a quick and easy "must try" meal. Enjoy!
